Biography
The legendary pioneer DRC continues to take the Electronic Music Industry by storm. DRC is far more than just a DJ, but a mixed media artist, aspiring video editor, music producer, lyricist, singer and captivating performer. Her exceptional skills behind the decks, strong presence & high voltage performances keep her in high demand. For over 23 years in the industry she has consistently performed alongside many of the worlds best DJ's and live acts and has been compared to the likes of Donald Glaude.
DRC has relocated from San Francisco to Los Angeles and is creating some of her best music and singing to date with producer Bobby Rich. These songs are coming together with great care, integrity and have that DRC main room energy. These two have already been picked up by KULT Records and their album isn't even finished. The predecessor in this creative streak for the last 5 years was a string of dance-floor fillers produced with DJ Denise (Mizumo Music) with quite a list of releases on labels across the globe including remixes for the likes of Simply Jeff & Reid Speed, Top 10 chartings on Beatport & djdownloads.com UK and multiple tracks licensed to CD compilations. You can also find some of DRC's brand new as well as older releases with long time studio partner Chris Demetras of Art Of Hot which are featured in two music industry documentaries; "Vision of Vibe" with Carl Cox and "Intellect" featuring Paul Van Dyk and many others.
It is hard to believe that such groundbreaking talent was spawned in a small town, in a state famous for its potatoes. Being raised near the Nez Pierce Native American Reservation in Idaho, performing in Arabian horse shows and acting and singing in many local theater productions exposed DRC to an ore of music and dance at a young age. Now, DRC is one of America's most inspiring and talented DJs. To experience the captivating energy she harnesses in her performances will forever change the way you hear and feel music.
